Jean-Marc Felix has been Head of Communication with the Swiss Bankers Association since
the beginning of 1998. He studied English and French literature as well as history in
Zurich and Paris and, among other things, studied marketing and communication at Stanford
Universitiy in Palo Alto, USA. His career has spanned a number of managerial positions in
media and public relations at Swissair (head office and also in the USA), Kuoni Reisen
Holding AG and Swisscom AG.
