Internet Security: Swiss Security Day 2008

6 March 2008 is the 3rd SwissSecurityDay. To mark the occasion many large and small businesses, banks, insurance companies, business colleges and high-schools as well as the parliamentary services of the Federal Administration will be conducting various information campaigns and holding public events to draw the attention of Swiss citizens to the most important principles of data security. How to handle electronic data safely is something that must first be learnt before the subject can be understood!

Together with several member banks, the Swiss Bankers Assocation has produced a pamphlet on the subject of "Security in e-Banking". This pamphlet will be distributed at various bank branches and it will also be displayed on ATMs and on the homepages of the banks involved in the information campaign.

The Swiss Bankers Association is supporting the campaign with its "SwissBanking" logo.
